栀子金花丸联用治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑口颊片、栀子金花丸、维生素B_2联合用药治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将复发性口腔溃疡患者316例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组190例和对照组126例。治疗组含服甲硝唑口颊片、栀子金花丸及维生素B_2治疗,对照组含服甲硝唑口颊片和口服维生素B_2。观察2组患者不同病情程度的临床疗效。比较2组患者灼痛消失时间及溃疡面愈合时间,记录2组患者不同时间段内复发情况。结果治疗14 d后,治疗组总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,通过电话随访或复诊跟踪观察,治疗组疼痛感消除时间及溃疡治愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不同时段的复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯使用西药相比,甲硝唑口颊片联合栀子金花丸和维生素B_2治疗口腔溃疡有较好的效果,特别对中、重型患者疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the effects of combination therapy with recurrent oral ulcers treated by metronidazole buccal tablets,zhizijinhua pills and vitamin B2. Methods 316 patients with recurrent oral ulcers were divided into treatment group 190 cases and control group 126 cases according to different treatment methods. Treatment group was treated with metronidazole buccal tablets,zhizijinhua pill and vitamin B2,and control group was treated with metronidazole buccal tablets and vitamin B2. Observed the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients with different degrees of illness. The burning disappearance time and ulcer healing time of two groups were compared. The recurrences of patients in two groups at different time periods were recorded. Results After 14 days of treatment,the clinical total effective rates of patients with different conditions in treatment group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. During the treatment period,follow-up observation by phone or follow-up observation revealed that the pain relief time and ulcer healing time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）.The recurrence rate of treatment group at different time points was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the separately use of western medicine,the metronidazole buccal tablets joint zhizijinhua pills and vitamin B2 in the treatment of oral ulcers has a better effect,especially in moderate and severe patients,it is worth promoting.
