摘 要:目的探讨叙事护理在神经外科护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2016年8月~2017年5月在哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院神经外科实习的护生220人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分观察组和对照组各110人。对照组护生采用常规教学方法,观察组护生在常规教学的基础上采用叙事护理教学法。分别于实习开始时及结束时采用护士人文关怀品质量表、批判性思维能力测量表和护士职业认同评定量表对两组护生进行测量,并于实习结束时对护生进行理论和技能操作考核。结果培训后观察组护生人文关怀能力、批判性思维能力、职业认同感、理论成绩、技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论叙事护理不仅有利于提高护生的理论和技能操作成绩,还有助于提高护生的人文关怀能力、批判性思维能力,并提升其职业认同感。Objective To explore the effects of narrative nursing on clinical teaching for neurosurgical nursing students. Methods Totally 220 nursing students who practiced in the Department of Neurosurgery of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were selected by convenient sampling, and randomized to observation group (n=110) and control group (n=110) according to the random number table. Nursing students in the control group received conventional teaching and guidance, while nursing students in the observation group received narrative nursing teaching on the basis of conventional teaching. The Nurse's Humane Care Nursing Scale, Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory and Professional Identity Scale for nurses were used to measure nursing students in the two groups before and after internship, and nursing students were theoretically and practically examined at the end of internship. Results The humane care, critical thinking disposition, professional identity, theoretical performance and practical performance in nursing students of the observation group were higher than those of nursing students in the control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Narrative nursing can improve the theoretical and practical performance, humane care, critical thinking disposition as well as professional identity in nursing students.
