摘　　要：本文介绍了以护士为主导的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产前干预的必要性，并且通过精细化饮食治疗、个性化运动指导、规范化药物宣教、全程化体重管理与监测、系统化心理指导等方面综述了护士参与妊娠期糖尿病产前干预的具体内容，并对不足之处进行思索及展望，为良好实施妊娠期糖尿病产前干预提供借鉴。The paper introduces the necessity of prenatal intervention for diabetes during pregnancy led by specialist nurses. It reviews the content of prenatal intervention for diabetes during pregnancy led by specialist nurses from the fine diet therapy, personalized exercise guidance, standardized drug education, full weight management and monitoring, systematic psychological guidance and other aspects in detail. Besides, this paper puts forward on the deficiencies with the prospect, so as to provide reference for the implementation of prenatal intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus.
