摘  要:针对桑树剪伐农艺要求和桑叶收获特点,提出了一种自行式桑树切割机的设计。根据实际的生产需要,确定出桑树切割机的各部件尺寸参数,在三维实体建模软件UG中建立桑树切割机简化模型,并导入动力学分析软件Adams中进行运动学仿真。通过计算得到相关参数,对研究对象进行分析,通过生成数据图线并计算分析,验证了切割装置的可行性。试验结果表明:该机实现了桑树切割机的半自动化,提高了桑树切割效率,可满足现各行业对桑树切割的需求。Aiming at the requirement of mulberry cutting and the characteristics of mulberry leaf harvesting,a design of self-propelled mulberry cutting machine was put forward. According to the actual production needs,the size parameters of the mulberry cutting machine are calculated and the simplified model of the mulberry cutting machine is established in the 3 D solid modeling software UG. The dynamic analysis software Adams is introduced into the mushan planting situation and the cutting parts Speed and so on. The feasibility of the cutting device is verified by generating the data graph and the calculation and analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective. Machine semi-automatic,improve the efficiency of mulberry cutting,to meet the needs of all walks of life on the mulberry cutting.
