摘 要:在农业机械田间效率的概念下,提出了一种用于田间信息采集和自动起垄施肥控制的网络系统。该系统包括自主设计的基于STM32的主控制器单元和CAN总线节点,各节点完成对气象信息、地理信息、运动速度的采集,主控制器移植freeMODEBUS协议可与上位机触摸屏通信,反馈和接收作业数据,能够适配大部分工业触摸屏。通过设计的PWM控制策略,可控制不同机械速度下的自动均匀施肥。系统整体集成度高,便于嵌入到农耕机械中,施肥精度高;同时,保证了在农机运动加速度较大时施肥电机和施肥轴机械冲击小及避免打滑时过度施肥。试验表明:系统施肥误差在3%左右,施肥变异系数0.046。A local area network system use for field information collection and automatic ridge forming and fertilization control under the concept of the Field Efficiency of agricultural machinery is presented in this paper. The system includes a self-designed STM32 based master controller unit and CAN bus nodes,each node collects information include meteorological information,geographic information and the speed of vehicle. The main controller is transplanted with free MODEBUS protocol,which can communicate with the touch the screen as the host device,feedback and receive the operation data,the controller can adapt to most of the industrial touch screen. The PWM control strategy was designed to control the automatic and uniform fertilization at different mechanical speeds. The whole system has high integration,convenient to embed to the agricultural machinery. Fertilizing with high precision,and reducing the impact of motor and shaft when the vehicle accelerates rapidly,avoiding excessively fertilize during skidding. The experiment indicated the fertilization error was about 3% and the coefficient of variation was about 0. 046.
