摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾类癌的临床和病理特征。方法对2例类癌的临床资料及病理形态学常规切片观察，免疫组化检测。结果2例阑尾类癌，l例为典型类癌，合并急性化脓性阑尾炎及阑尾周围炎，1例为混合性类癌一腺癌，合并慢性阑尾炎。结论阑尾类癌是低度恶性肿瘤，临床缺乏特异性，易误诊为阑尾炎，建议临床医生术中仔细观察，发现有可疑即行术中冷冻切片检查，避免病人二次手术及提高临床诊治水平。Objective To observe pathological characteristics of appendix carcinoid tumors. Method The clinical data of 2 cases of appendix carcinoid tumor, including HE staining and immunohistochemical results,were retrospectively analyzed. Results 2 cases of appendix carcinoid tumors, 1 case was typical carcinoid with acute phlegmonous appendicitis and periappendicitis, and 1 mixed c^cinoid-adenocarcinoma with chronic appendicitis. Conclusions Carcinoid of appendix is a low-grade maligrlant carcinoid tumor, without specific clinical feature. It can be misdiagnosed as appendicitis, we recommend that clinicians should observe carefully during operation, and if any suspiciousness is found, intraoperative frozen section is performed to avoid secondary operation and improve clinical diagnosis and treatment.
