摘　　要：目的回顾分析某儿童医院出院低体重新生儿常见多发病和危重症死亡疾病,为制定临床救治方案和监护措施提供参考依据。方法应用病案统计系统和国际疾病分类(ICD-10)对2013年-2017年病案首页信息中新生儿低体重、入院年龄和主要诊断、住院天数和病死率等信息数据进行统计分析。结果 5年共收治低体重新生儿4549例,占新生儿出院总数13.3%,病死率0.84%,平均住院10.8天,低体重早期新生儿占入院数61.9%,住院1周死亡占76.3%。低体重儿疾病顺位前20位中死亡疾病主要有:新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、新生儿肺透明膜病、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、新生儿肺炎、新生儿肺出血、新生儿高胆红素血症和先天性食管闭锁等疾病。结论可依据低体重新生儿发病特征和前20位常见疾病与死亡疾病,为开展新生儿科医护人员临床技能培训和完善诊疗救治方案及监护措施提供了参考。Objective A retrospective analysis was made on the common frequent morbidity and severe death of low-weight newborns discharged from a children＇s hospital,which provided a reference for the establishment of clinical treatment plan and monitoring measures.Methods The data of low birth weight,admission age and main diagnosis,hospitalization days and fatality rate of newborns in the first page of medical records from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed by using the statistical system of medical records and ICD-10（International Classification of Diseases）.Results A total of 4549 cases of low weight newborns were admitted in 5 years,accounting for 13.3% of the total discharged neonates.The mortality rate was 0.84%.The average hospitalization was 10.8 days,the number of low weight early newborns accounted for 61.9%,and the death rate of one week in hospital accounted for 76.3%.Among the 20 leading diseases of low birth weight infants,the main causes of death were neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,neonatal hyaline membrane disease,neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,neonatal hyaline membrane disease,neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and congenital esophageal atresia and other diseases.Conclusion According to the morbidity characteristics of low weight newborns and the first 20 common diseases and death diseases,this paper provides a reference for developing clinical skills training and improving the diagnosis and treatment program and monitoring measures for the medical and nursing staff in pediatrics.
