摘  要:目的探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理降低乙醇所致精神障碍患者复饮的效果。方法选取72例乙醇成瘾精神障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。观察组给予医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理,对照组给予常规护理,连续干预1年。比较2组社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分、戒酒效果及复饮率。结果出院后1年,观察组戒酒效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组复饮率分别为50.0%(18/36)、77.8%(28/36),观察组患者出院后1年内复饮率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组SSRS各维度评分均较对照组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论开展医院-社区-家庭一体化延续护理能为乙醇所致精神障碍患者提供有效的社会支持,提高戒酒效果,降低复饮率。Objective To evaluate the effect of hospital-community-family integration continuing nursing on redrinking in patients with alcohol-induced mental disorder. Methods 72 patients with alcohol-induced mental disorder were divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The observation group was given to hospital-community-family integration continuing nursing, and the control group was given to routine nursing, for 1 year. The social support rating scale(SSRS) score, abstinence effect and re-drinking rate were compared between the each group. Results After 1 year, the abstinence effect of observation group significantly better than control group(P〈0.05). The re-drinking rate of observation group and control group respectively was 50.0%(18/36)and 77.8%(28/36), the re-drinking rate of observation group significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05). The SSRS score of observation group significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Hospital-communityfamily integration continuing nursing for patients with alcohol-induced mental disorder, can provide effective social support, improve abstinence effect, and reduce re-drinking rate.
