摘　　要：西藏藏族歌舞源远流长,是西藏藏族历史文化长河中的一颗璀璨明珠。在西藏藏族歌舞艺术之林中,"囊玛"是最为独特的一种,也是西藏藏族歌舞文化中的典型代表和重要组成部分,集藏族音乐与舞蹈发展之大成。为了让更多人了解、保护和弘扬"囊玛"文化,文章在历史文献资料基础上,总结"囊玛"研究先行者对"囊玛"的研究成果,从舞蹈、音乐、服饰三个方面,对"囊玛"的形态特征进行分析和研究。The songs and dances in Tibetan area have a long history,occupying a significant position in Tibetan culture.＂Nangma＂is the most unique and typical one in the culture of Tibetan dance,epitomizing the development of Tibetan music and dance. Aiming to make ＂Nangma＂known to more people,and to protect and promote the culture of＂Nangma＂,this paper analyses the form and characteristic of ＂Nangma＂in terms of its dance,music and costumes,based on the review of the previous researchers＇ opinions and the historical records.
