摘 要:美育的核心是培养学生感知美和创造美的能力,它在高等学校的人才培养体系中应当占有重要的地位。在实现人的全面发展的过程中,美育能够塑造人的基本素养,并为培育正确的审美观念、高尚的道德情操,深厚的民族情感,以及激发人的想象力和创新意识提供重要的支撑。然而,对照国家对高等学校审美教育的目标要求,目前较多的国内高等学校在美育实施方面还存在着重视程度不够、衔接机制缺失、教育方式方法过于单一等一系列问题。针对这些问题,高等学校美育的实施可以将改善制度设计作为"突破口",通过建立和完善教育的实施与管理机构,强化宣传与引导机制建设,完善课程体系设置,坚持开放式的教育模式,以及营造校园美育环境等路径来更好地实现美育在高等学校人才培养中的功能。The core of aesthetic education is to cultivate students' ability to perceive the beauty and create the beauty, which plays an important role in the talent training system in colleges and universities. In fact, Chinese education has a tradition of emphasizing aesthetic education since ancient times. In the process of realizing all-round development of people, aesthetic education can shape the basic quality of people and provide important support for cultivating correct aesthetic standards, noble moral sentiments, profound national emotions, and inspiring people's imagination and innovation consciousness. However, compared with the national implementation goal of aesthetic education in colleges and universities, there are still a series of problems in the implementation of aesthetic education in many domestic universities, such as insufficient emphasis, lack of cohesion mechanism, and overly single education methods. In response to these conditions, the implementation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities can regard improvement of system design as a " point of penetration" through the establishment and improvement of education implementation and management institutions, intensifying the construction of publicity and guidance mechanisms, perfecting curriculum system settings, adhering to an open education model, and creating Campus aesthetic education environment and other routes to better realize the function of aesthetic education in talent training in colleges and universities.
