摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取新疆军区总医院自2016年1月至2017年12月收治的88例牙周炎患者,随机分为常规组和激光组,每组44例。常规组给予常规洁治术和根面平整术,激光组给予Nd:YAG激光和根面平整术。治疗后,比较两组患者治疗有效率、炎性因子及牙周指标。结果常规组治疗有效率为88.6%(39/44),激光组为97.7%(43/44),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α、菌斑指数、附着水平、牙周袋深度均较本组治疗前降低,且激光组上述指标均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光可降低牙周炎患者牙周炎性因子水平,改善牙周症状。Objective To investigate the effect of Nd：YAG laser on the improvement of cytokine in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 88 cases of patients with periodontitis who were admitted from January 2016 to De- cember 2017. Patiens were randomly divided into the conventional group and the laser group, with 44 cases in each group. Patients in the conventional group were given conventional scaling and root planning treatment, the others in the laser group were given Nd：YAG laser and root planning treatment. After treatment, the treatment efficiency, inflammatory factors and periodontal index were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the conventional group was 88.6% （ 39/44 ） and in the laser group was 97.7% （43/44）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. After the treatment, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, plaque in- dex, adhesion level and the periodontal pocket depth reduced and the levels in the laser group were lower than those in the conventional group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nd ： YAG laser in periodontitis treatment can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the periodontal symptom.
