摘  要:目的研究微课结合以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)在药理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月我校收录中西医临床专业学生112名作为研究对象,根据班级不同分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=56)。对照组采用传统教学方法教学,观察组采用微课结合PBL教学法教学。对比两组教学成绩、教学效果满意度及学生对教学方法评价结果。结果观察组考试成绩、学习兴趣、表达能力、知识理解、自主学习评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组考试成绩为(91.83±5.76)分,高于对照组(85.81±4.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.278,P=0.000);观察组教学效果满意度为91.07%(51/56),高于对照组39.29%(22/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合PBL教学法应用于药理学教学中能有效提高学生成绩,有助于培养其表达能力、知识理解等综合素质,改进教学质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of micro-lesson combined with problem-based learning(PBL)method in pharmacology teaching.Methods A total of 112 students majored in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in our school received in September 2015 were selected as the research subjects. According to the different classes, they were divided into the observation group(n=56)and the control group(n=56). The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, and the observation group was taught by the micro lesson combined with the PBL teaching method. The teaching achievement and satisfaction of teaching effect of two groups were compared. Results The examinationscore of the observation group was(91.83 ± 5.76)points,which was higher than that of the control group(85.81±4.28)points. The difference was statistically significant(t=6.278,P=0.000).The scores of examination,learning interest, expression ability, knowledge understanding and self-learning of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The satisfaction of the teaching effect of the observation group was 91.07%(51/56), which was higher than that of the control group [39.29%(22/56)], and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The application of micro lesson combined with PBL teaching method in pharmacology teaching can improve students' grades. It helps to improve the comprehensive quality of expressive ability, knowledge understanding and other abilities, and improve the quality of teaching. It is worth popularizing and applying.
