摘  要:本文基于凝胶渗透色谱技术(GPC,Gel Permeation Chromatography),建立了AGPC—HPLC法检测芥花油中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法。对比了两种不同规格(玻璃标准凝胶净化柱和不锈钢快速凝胶净化柱)凝胶净化柱对检测结果的影响。研究表明:16种多环芳烃的线性范围为1.0-10.Ong/mL,线性相关系数为0.9989~0.9999。采用玻璃标准凝胶柱净化,芥花油中16种多环芳烃的收集时间为23--53min,16种目标物在2.5,5.0ugag加标水平下的各组分回收率为81.2%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为0.88%~6.17%;采用不锈钢快速凝胶柱净化,芥花油中16种多环芳烃的收集时间为15--55min,16种目标物在2.5,5.0“gag加标水平下的各组分回收率为84.2%~105.4%,相对标准偏差为0.75%~6.03%。结果显示:两种凝胶净化柱净化均满足实验检测要求,但采用不锈钢快速凝胶柱净化,样品前处理时间更短,效果更好。不锈钢快速凝胶柱更满足现代化实验室多样、快速、高效的实验要求。Based on the gel permeation chromatography (GPC) technology, a method was developed for the determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in canola oil by automatic gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The effect of two different gel permeation chromatography columns (the glass standard gel column and the stainless steel fast gel column) on the detection results was compared. The research showed that the linear range of 16 PAHs was 1.0-10.0 ng/mL with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9989-0.9999. The collection time of 16 kinds of PAHs in canola oil was 23-53 min with the application of gel packed in glass column. The recoveries of 16 kinds of PAHs varied from 81.2% to 98.7% with the relative standard deviation of 0.88%-6.17% at the spiked level of 2.5,5.0 pg/kg. The collection time of 16 kinds of PAHs in canola oil was 15-35 min with the application of gel packed in stainless steel column. The recoveries of 16 kinds of PAHs varied from 84.2% to 105.4% with the relative standard deviation of 0.73%-6.03% at the spiked level of 2.5,5.0 gg/kg. The results showed that both purification methods of gel column met the detection requirements, but sample pretreatment time is shorter and effect is better with the application of gel packed in stainless steel column. The stainless steel column met the requirements for a multiple, fast and efficient modem laboratory.
