摘  要:为了理清荞麦米加工的耗能状况,设计制造了一套与目前荞麦米生产相当的荞麦剥壳机组。参考稻谷加工设备能耗检测方法,设计了荞麦剥壳机组的能耗检测试验方法。以Φ4.0~5.0mm粒径的荞麦作为试验材料,剥壳机料门开度、振动筛驱动转速和筛体形式为试验因素,荞麦米中的未分离率、碎米率为约束条件,检测荞麦剥壳机组的吨米耗电量。试验结果表明:荞麦剥壳机组在剥壳机料门开度为20mm、振动筛驱动转速为2 058 r/min时,吨米耗电量最小;吨米耗电量随荞麦粒径增大而减小;新筛体与原筛体相比,吨米耗电量降低4.3%,碎米率降低1.36%,未分离率降低0.72‰。研究表明:采用较优工作参数和新规格筛体可以提高荞麦剥壳机组生产效率,降低生产能耗。In order to clarify the power consumption of buckwheat rice processing,we designed and manufactured a buckwheat shelling unit comparable to the set of buckwheat rice production. Based on the power consumption detection method of rice processing equipment,the power consumption test method of buckwheat shelling unit was designed. Buckwheat with Φ4. 0 5. 0 mm particle size were used as the test material,the opening degree of the shelling machine hopper door and the rotating speed of motor of the vibrating screen were the factors. The non-sieving rate and the broken rice rate were used as the restriction. Power consumption of per ton of buckwheat shelling unit was detected. The results show that the power consumption of shelling unit is the lowest when the opening degree of hopper door is 20 mm and the rotating speed of motor of the vibrating screen is 2058 r/min. The power consumption of per ton is reduced with the increase of the particle size of buckwheat. Compared with the original sieve,the power consumption of the new sieve is reduced by 4. 3%,the broken rice rate is reduced by 1. 36% and the non-sieving rate is reduced by 0. 72 ‰. The results show that we can improve the production efficiency of buckwheat shelling unit and reduce the power consumption through the use of the optimum working parameters and new size sieve.
