摘 要:德国的职业教育很好地服务了本国经济,促进了德国经济的持续平稳增长。德国职业教育成功的重要秘诀之一是企业以主体地位深度参与了职业教育,培养出能为企业所用的市场所需人才。本文以对比中德两国教育体系和职业教育的异同点为切入,全面分析了中德企业参与职业教育存在八个方面的差异,提出了从企业、政府、院校三个层面构建我国企业参与职业教育的动力机制。Vocational education in Germany has been serving the economy very well and has contributed to the sustained and steady growth of the economy. The most important secret of the success of vocational education in Germany is that the enterprise participates in vocational education in the depth of the main body,and cultivates the talents needed for the enterprises. This paper analyzes the differences of the educational system and vocational education in China and Germany. It analyzes the differences of enterprises' participation in the vocational education in China and Germany. Finally it is put forward to construct the motivation mechanism of enterprises,governments,and institutions to promote Chinese enterprises to participate in vocational education in depth.
