摘 要:近年来,国家大力支持新型矮砧密植果园的改造和建立,果树苗木的培育问题日益突出,而果树苗木的移栽环节成为果树苗培育的关键。为此,针对果树苗木移栽机的覆土镇压轮系单体功能结构进行结构设计和三维建模,并进行静力学分析最终确定覆土轮、镇压轮等部件的结构尺寸。田间试验表明:果树苗木镇压轮系单体功能结构设计合理,栽植果树苗木合格率、压实度均满足农艺要求。In recent years,the state strongly support the transformation and establishment of the new dwarf orphan orchard,and the cultivation of fruit trees is stretched,and the transplanting of fruit trees is the key to fruit tree cultivation.In this paper,structural design and three-dimensional modeling of the functional structure of the casing crushing wheel system of the fruit tree seedling transplanting machine were carried out,and the structural dimensions of the casing and the crushing wheel were determined. The field structure of fruit trees was tested by field experiment,and the functional structure of seedling was simple. The qualified rate and compaction degree of fruit trees were all met agronomic requirements.
