摘　　要：司法部原部长张军同志提出:"教育改造罪犯是监狱的本职,要把‘不跑人’的底线安全观深化为向社会输出合格‘产品’的治本安全观。"在治本安全观的指导下,心理矫治工作的重要性更为凸显。如何科学认识和做好心理矫治工作是摆在监狱心理咨询师面前的重要课题。重新审视和推进该项工作也是监狱工作的重心。Comrade Zhang Jun, the former Minister of the Ministry of justice, proposed that the education and re- form of the criminal is the duty of the prison. It is necessary to deepen the view of the bottom line security of ＂no runners＂ to the safety view of bringing back the qualified ＂product＂ to society. Under the guidance of the concept of security, the importance of psychological treatment is more prominent. How to scientifically understand and do well in psychological treatment is an important subject in front of the prison counselor. It is also the focus of the prison work to re examine and promote the work.
