摘  要:为适应铁路货运组织改革与提升铁路运输时效性,研究结合达州区段站运输生产实际,分析车站列车到发及解编系统通过能力,统筹考虑车站站型布置及相邻路网技术作业站的改造,并采用计算分析法确定制约车站能力的关键因素。在此基础上,结合研究年度内预测车站工作量,以尽量避免大拆大改工程提高车站能力为出发点,提出切实可行的车站扩能改造方案,以期匹配点线能力,提高车站作业效率,满足路网运输需求,为川东北地区加快融入川渝经济圈及长江经济带的建设提供技术保障,同时为铁路技术作业站的改造提供技术参考。Based on an all-out summarization of the status of railway transportation in Dazhou area, the layout of the Dazhou Railway Station and the reconstruction plans of the technical operation stations among its connected railway networks, this paper has analyzed the capacity of the arrival and departure and the breaking-up and sorting system in the Dazhou Railway Station against the backdrop of railway freight organization reforms focusing on improving railway transportation efficiency. Meanwhile, this paper has identified the key factors that limit the station's capacity with the computational analysis method. With the above-mentioned analysis and identification results and taking into account the predicted yearly workload of the station, this paper has put forward a feasible reconstruction plan to expand the station's capacity aiming at avoiding major demolition and reconstruction projects, which is expected to match the capacity of both the station and railway, improve the station's operation efficiency and meet the demand for railway transportation within the network. Besides, this proposal is also anticipated to serve as the technical support to accelerate integration of the Northeast Sichuan Region into the SichuanChongqing Economic Circle and the Yangtze River Economic Zone while providing technical references for reconstruction projects of railway technical operation stations alike.
