摘 要:用溶剂浸提法研究蒙古扁桃种仁油脂提取技术。索氏提取法研究结果表明,不同溶剂提取效果依次是:乙酸乙酯>正己烷>石油醚;不同时间提取实验结果表明,8 h的提取率用正己烷提取时为95.02%,用石油醚提取时为93.10%,用乙酸乙酯提取时为88.21%。浸提实验结果表明,用正己烷浸提3 h的提取率达81.63%,而用石油醚浸提3 h的提取率只有68.63%。乙酸乙酯提取温度高、能耗大、容易引起活性成分失活。用正己烷浸提蒙古扁桃种仁油脂的最佳料液比为1∶6(g/mL)。Study on oil extraction technology of Prunus mongolica Maxim seed oil by solvent extraction. Soxhlet extraction results showed that different solvent extraction effects were as follows: ethyl acetate〉 n-hexane 〉petroleum ether; Different time extraction experimental results showed that the extraction rate of 8 h was 95.02% with n-hexane, 93.10% with petroleum ether and 88.21% with ethyl acetate. The results of the solvent extraction experiments showed that the extraction rate of n-hexane leaching for 3 h was 81.63%, while extraction with petroleum ether was only 68.63%. Ethyl acetate extraction temperature was higher, energy consumption was higher, easily lead to inactivation of the active ingredient. The best ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 6(g/mL) with n-hexane extraction Prunus mongolica Maxim seed oil.
