摘 要:以垂直轴磁悬浮风力机的支撑结构为研究对象,运用ADAMS机械系统动力学仿真软件。在对磁悬浮主轴结构各部件间的接触关系分析的基础上,建立垂直轴磁悬浮风力机主轴结构跌落仿真模型。通过建立3种不同磁悬浮主轴中保护轴承的结构模型,并对3种不同结构建立主轴跌落轨迹的运动方程;运用ADAMS进行跌落过程仿真,得出主轴跌落过程的运动曲线。主要对比了主轴在轴向方向的运动轨迹,直观的展现出保护轴承结构的不同对磁悬浮主轴跌落过程中的运动轨迹的影响,为研究垂直轴跌落分析,以及对磁悬浮支承结构的保护装置的改进与优化提供了理论参考依据。The study takes the supporting structure of the vertical axis magnetic levitation wind turbine as the research object and uses the dynamic simulation software of ADAMS mechanical system. Based on the analysis of the contact relationship between the components of the magnetic suspension spindle,the simulation model of the vertical structure of the vertical axis magnetic suspension wind turbine is established. Simulating the drop process by ADMAS,the paper drew a conclusion of the motion curve through the establishment of three different magnetic levitation spindle bearing structure model,and three different structures of the main axis of the trajectory of the movement equation.The research intuitively shows the influence of the different structure of the bearing on the trajectory of the trajectory during the dropping of the maglev spindle by contrasting the trajectory of the spindle in the axial direction. It provides a theoretical basis for the vertical axis drop study and the optimization of the protection device of the magnetic levitation bearing structure.
