摘 要:板式换热器板片的成形质量与生产板片的成形模具设计及工艺参数有着密切关系,模具设计及工艺参数设置的不合理会造成板片过度减薄甚至开裂。为了改善板式换热器板片的成形质量,基于DYNAFORM仿真分析技术,对一款板式换热器板片进行了成形仿真研究。依据4组仿真结果的对比,对凸凹模间隙、冲压速度、摩擦系数等工艺参数进行了设计和选取。通过分析4组板片的成形极限图和厚度变化云图,并采用厚度减薄率来评价成形结果,得到了其最优的成形效果。仿真结果表明:冲压速度为2000 mm·s^-1,摩擦系数为0.125,凸凹模间隙为0.87 mm时,成形效果最好。The forming quality of the plate type heat exchanger plate( PTHE) is closely related to the design of forming die and process parameters,and unreasonable die design and process parameters will cause the plate to thin excessively or even crack. In order to improve the forming quality of PTHE,the forming process of a PTHE was simulated by the DYNAFORM,and process parameters of punch including the clearance between punch and die,stamping speed and friction coefficient were selected and designed based on four sets of simulation results. By analyzing the forming limit diagrams and thickness nephograms,the forming results were evaluated by thickness reduction ratio,and the optimal forming effect was obtained. The simulation results show that the best forming result is obtained with stamping speed of 2000 mm·s^-1,friction coefficient of 0. 125 and clearance between punch and die of 0. 87 mm.
