摘  要:针对汽车薄板冲压件成形中容易出现的开裂和起皱的缺陷,借助Auto Form建立汽车地板零件的拉延成形的有限元模型,将数值模拟和试验设计相结合,以压边力、压机速度和摩擦因数为设计变量,采用正交试验对汽车地板零件的拉延成形工艺参数进行试验设计。先采用单因素试验确定设计变量的大致范围,再进行正交试验设计,最后按照设计的试验组进行数值模拟。试验分析中主要考察了最大减薄率和起皱准则。最后,采用多目标多约束来求解最优的工艺参数组合,得到优化的参数组合为:压边力为1.5×10^6N,压机速度为5 mm·s^-1,摩擦因数为0.12。通过实验验证得到实际试模零件和数值模拟分析结果基本一致,表明采用该方法可以有效地用于冲压模具开发中成形工艺参数的确定。For the defects of cracking and wrinkling easily occurring in the forming of automotive sheet metal stamping,the finite element model of drawing forming of automobile floor part was established by software Auto Form taking blank holder force,press speed and friction factor as design variables,and the drawing process parameters of automotive floor part were designed by the orthogonal test combining numerical simulation and experimental design. Furthermore,the approximate range of the design variables was determined by single factor test,and the orthogonal test design was carried out. Finally,the numerical simulation was conducted according to the designed test group based on the maximum thinning ratio and wrinkling criteria. In the end,the optimal combination of process parameters were solved by the multi-objective and multi-constraint method,and the optimized parameters including blank holder force of 1. 5 × 10^6 N,press speed of 5 mm·s^-1 and friction factor of 0.12 were obtained. Through experimental verification,the actual test parts and numerical simulation results were basically the same. It shows that the method can be effectively used to determine the forming process parameters in the development of stamping dies.
