摘  要:目的探究针灸刺激对于肱二头肌疲劳产生和恢复的影响,以及能否通过肌电信号来量化针灸刺激的影响。方法利用BTE PrimusRS运动康复系统,令受试者肱二头肌达到疲劳状态,针刺足三里、内关穴,进行肌电时频域分析、幅频联合分析、疲劳阈分析。结果在疲劳产生阶段,针灸能使肌肉疲劳产生的时刻延后;针灸刺激能提高肌肉疲劳恢复的能力。结论针灸刺激可用于解决肌肉疲劳问题;可以通过肌电信号来量化针灸刺激的影响。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture stimulation on biceps muscle fatigue and recovery was explored,and to study the ability to quantify the effect of acupuncture stimulation through the EMG signal. Methods The BTE PrimusRS rehabilitation system was used to make the biceps brachii reach the fatigue state,acupuncture at Zusanli and Neiguan. Electromyography time frequency domain analysis,amplitude frequency analysis and fatigue threshold analysis were performed. Results The results indicated that acupuncture could postpone the appearance of muscle fatigue during the fatigue formation period,and acupuncture stimulation could improve the recovery ability of muscle fatigue. Conclusion Acupuncture stimulation does have an effect on biceps fatigue and can be used to solve the problem of muscle fatigue; the effect of acupuncture stimulation can be quantified by EMG signals.
