摘　　要：随着我国一流高校和一流学科建设的不断推进和深入,高校二级学院治理遇到了治理权限、治理方式、治理机制和治理制度等诸方面的困境,这就必须要通过健全"四位一体"的分权制衡的治理系统,采用以法治和合作为本位的治理范式,搭建与打造具有高度执行力的组织机构、畅通治理体制机制,健全和落实学院治理制度与民主监督制度等有效路径来对学院治理的困境进行消解。With the advancement and deepening of the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines in our country, the governance of affiliated colleges in universities has encountered the dilemma of authority, mode, mechanism and system. This can be solved only through the sound ＂four in one＂ decentralized checks and balances of the governance system. It is necessary to use the rule of law and cooperation as the basis of governance paradigm and to build a highly executive organization, and smooth management system, to improve and implement the college governance system and democratic supervision system and other effective path to the school governance plight to digest.
