摘　　要：我国研究生教育在实践中逐步形成了追求自身发展质量、学术自由、创新性及社会服务等价值属性。伴随着经济社会的快速发展,我国研究生教育面临着全面发展与重点提高、规模扩张与内涵提升、人才培养与科学研究、注重边界与资源整合的多重价值博弈,需要强化制度建设,构建学科动态调整机制,在实践中增强研究生教育的人本性、开放性与交互性。In practice, graduate education in our country gradually formed the value attributes of pursuing the quality of its own development, academic freedom, innovation and social services. With the rapid economic and social development, postgraduate education in our country is faced with the multiple games of comprehensive development and improvement, scale expansion and content enhancement, personnel training and scientific research, and emphasis on the integration of boundaries and resources. It is necessary to strengthen the system construction and construct a disciplinary dynamic adjustment mechanism, enhancing the human nature, openness and interaction of graduate education in practice.
