摘　　要：战略性新兴产业具有其内在的自我发展规律与特征,大数据背景下战略性新兴产业发展机遇与挑战并存:政策约束与绿色发展相互掣肘;技术赶超时可能面临投资型陷阱;产业融合容易导致产业链陷阱。文章在分析战略性新兴产业面临的约束、产业特征以及发展机遇与挑战的基础上,探讨战略性新兴产业路径突破的商业模式创新与价值构建:以价值创造突破创新约束;以绿色价值管控突破政策约束;利用大数据的透明性进行信用评估突破融资约束;通过价值网络资源共享的价值联构突破惯性约束。The strategic emerging industries had their internal development rules and characteristics. The opportunities and challenges coexist for the development of strategic emerging industries under the background of big data： Policy constraints and green development restricted each other; Investment-based trap may exist during technology catching-up; Industrial integration easily lead to the industry chain trap. On the basis of analyzing the constraints, industrial characteristics, development opportunities and challenges faced by strategic emerging industries, the business model innovation and value construction of strategic emerging industry path breakthroughs had been discussed. Break through the innovation constraints with value creation; Break through the policy constraints with green value controlling; Break through the financing constraints by credit evaluation with the use of the transparency of big data; Break through the inertial constraints through value- network resources sharing.
