摘 要:真菌被认为是影响稻谷安全储藏的重要风险因素,明晰真菌在稻谷中的生长规律,有效监测储藏过程中真菌的动态变化,并研发应用具有针对性的防控措施是减少真菌危害的关键。本文综述了国内外稻谷储藏中真菌生长特性、监测方法及防控技术的研究现状,以期为储藏稻谷中真菌危害的进一步研究及实际防控提供参考。Fungi have been known as a critical risk factor of safety storage for paddy. It is of vital importance to understand the growth rule of fungi in the paddy,effectively monitor its dynamic change during storage,and then develop and apply targeted prevention and control measures,so as to scientifically reduce the potential harm of fungi to rice. This paper reviewed up-to-date research situation at home and abroad on growth characteristics,monitoring method,and prevention and control technology of fungi in stored paddy,so as to provide the reference for further research,and practical prevention and control of fungi harm in stored paddy.
