摘　　要：马斯洛需求层次理论将人类的需求分为五个层次,生理上的需要、安全上的需要、情感上的需要、尊重的需要、自我实现的需要,本文将此理论应用于网络服务研究中,分析网络用户的需要并据此思考了网络服务的方式。Maslow＇s demand theory divided the humanity＇s demand into five levels, physiological needs, security needs, emotional needs, needs for respect and needs for self-realization. This theory is also applied to network services, and the paper use this theory analyzed the needs of Internet users, and puts forward some suggestion in the end.
