摘　　要：本文以山东科技大学电子通信与物理学院为例,分析新形势下地方高校本科教学管理的现状及面临的问题,探讨教学管理模式创新,人才培养模式创新,以有效促进本科教学质量的提升,保证人才培养质量。This paper takes the School of Electronic Communications and Physics of Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the current situation and problems faced by undergraduate teaching management in local colleges and universities under the new situation, explore innovative teaching management models, and innovate personnel training models to effectively promote the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality and ensure talent training quality.
