内地高校少数民族思想政治教育的现实问题与调适建议

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国对少数民族学生的思想政治教育工作愈发关注,取得了有目共睹的成绩,但随着经济社会发展形势的日益复杂,传统的思想政治教育模式逐渐难以适应新时代的社会现实,多数内地高校的少数民族学生思想政治教育出现了明显的问题,只有正视少数民族学生思想政治教育的复杂性,才能真正实现少数民族学生成长与成材,鉴于此,本文提出了改革少数民族学生思想政治教育的调适建议,以期为解决现实问题提供参考。Since the reform and opening up, our country has paid more and more attention to the ideological and political education of ethnic minority students and achieved remarkable results. However, with the increasingly complex economic and social development situation, the traditional ideological and political education model is gradually difficult to adapt to the social reality of the new era. Most ideological and political education for ethnic minority students in mainland universities has obvious problems. Only by facing the complexity of minority students＇ ideological and political education, can they truly achieve the growth and development of minority students. In view of this, this paper proposes to reform the ideology and politics of minority students. The proposal for adaptation of education aims to provide reference for solving practical problems.
