摘 要:目的考察高接触应力下自配副铜在离子液体-银膜(化学镀银膜和电镀银膜)复合润滑下的摩擦学性能,比较化学镀银膜与电镀银膜的差别。方法在T2铜表面分别制备了化学镀银膜和电镀银膜,采用栓盘接触式往复滑动摩擦磨损试验机,在平均赫兹接触应力为0.77 GPa和滑动速率为0.76 mm/s的条件下,评价了两种银膜(盘)与铜(栓)在离子液体LP108润滑下的摩擦学性能。结果在无润滑条件下,自配副铜出现高摩擦系数(2.5)、严重粘着磨损。相同条件下,在含磷氟的LP108润滑下,自配副铜发生中等程度的粘着磨损。银膜和离子液体复合润滑可有效改善自配副铜的摩擦学性能,电镀银膜的稳态摩擦系数为0.5左右,而化学镀银膜抗粘着性能更佳,其摩擦系数为0.3左右。结论离子液体-银膜复合润滑有效降低了自配副铜在高接触应力下的粘着,从而改善了摩擦学性能。在离子液体润滑下,化学镀银膜在摩擦界面形成数十纳米厚的转移膜(栓)和摩擦层(盘),从而有良好的抗粘着性能。The work aims to study tribological properties of self-mated copper under synergistic lubrication of ionic liquid-silver film(electroless silver film and electroplated silver film) under a high contact stress, and compare the electroless silver film and electroplated sliver film. The electroless sliver film and electroplating silver film was prepared separately on T2 copper substrate. Tribological properties of two silver films(disk) and copper(pin) lubricated by ionic liquid LP108 were evaluated with a disk-pin contact reciprocating friction and wear tribo-meter at average Hertz contact stress of 0.77 GPa and sliding speed of 0.76 mm/s. The unlubricated self-mated copper had high friction coefficient of 2.5 and suffered severe adhesive wear. Moderate adhesive wear occurred on the self-mated copper lubricated by ionic liquid LP108. The synergistic lubrication of ionic liquid and silver film could effectively improve tribological properties of self-mated copper. Steady-state friction coefficient of the electroplated silver film was nearly 0.5, and that of electroless silver film was nearly 0.3. The electroless silver film exhibited better anti-sticking property. The synergistic lubrication of ionic liquid-silver film effectively reduces adhesion of self-mated copper under high contact stress, and further improves its tribological properties. The electroless silver film has excellent anti-sticking property under ionic liquid lubrication due to the formation of thin transfer film(pin) and friction layer(disk) on friction interface.
