摘 要:目的了解重点高中生心理复原力及其与心理健康的关系,为制定高中生心理健康促进策略提供依据。方法在安徽省4所重点高中学校对2 140名学生进行横断面问卷调查,调查内容包括社会人口学特征、抑郁、焦虑和强迫症状评定、心理复原力评定等。结果 55.3%的学生至少存在抑郁、焦虑和强迫症状中的1种情绪症状,同时存在3种症状的学生占10.5%。学生心理复原力随年级增加而升高,农村户籍、非独生子女学生心理复原力相对较低,学习成绩越好的学生心理复原力评分越低(F/t值分别为3.70,-5.52,3.87,29.32,P值均<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,心理复原力是独立影响高中学生心理健康的保护因素(B=-0.026,P<0.01)。结论重点高中生中情绪症状报告率较高。学校和家长应注重培养学生的心理复原力,改善学生心理健康状况。Objective To investigate the psychological resilience level of key high school students and its relationship with mental health, and to provide bases for mental health promotion. Methods A survey with questionnaire including social demographic characteristics and assessment of depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive symptoms and psychological resilience was conducted among students in four key high schools in Anhui Province. Results The results of investigation showed that 55. 3%students had at least one emotional symptom of depression, anxiety or obsessive compulsive symptoms, and those who had all three emotional symptoms accounted for 10. 5%. Resilience assessment showed that low grade, rural household registration, non-only child and better academic performance students got lower score in psychological resilience. Multiple factors analysis results showed that higher level of psychological resilience was independent factor that decreased risk of mental health among high school students.Conclusion The report rate of emotional symptom is high in the key high school students. School and parents should pay more attention to promote students' resilience to improve their mental health.
