摘  要:对18CrNi8钢的化学成分和热处理工艺进行了分析,探究了渗碳、正火、淬火、回火热处理工艺对18CrNi8钢的组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,经过淬火、回火等普通热处理后,18CrNi8钢的组织得到改善,其硬度也有所提高。根据实际生产过程,制定出18CrNi8钢油泵出油阀阀芯热处理工艺,从而使18CrNi8钢阀芯组织、硬度达到技术要求。The chemical composition and heat treatment process of 18CrNi8 steel were analyzed. The effects of heat treatment process (carburizing, normalizing, quenching and tempering) on the microstructure and hardness of 18CrNi8 steel were studied. The results show that after ordinary heat treatment of quenching and tempering, the microstructure of 18CrNi8 steel is improved and its hardness has also improved. According to the actual production process, the heat treatment process of the 18CrNi8 steel oil pump outlet valve core is constituted, so that the microstructure and hardness of the 18CrNi8 steel valve core can meet the technical requirements.
