摘 要:学校评价结果解释的方法按递进层次分,包括以描述统计法为代表的基础方法、以质性分析法为代表的主体方法和以专业模型法为代表的复杂方法。三种方法特点各有侧重,描述统计法简洁明了,质性分析法通俗易懂,专业模型法严谨科学。学校评价信息兼具质与量的特征,需要综合运用三种方法,找出数据之间的关系,把握资料背后的信息,以理论建设、量化统计、质性分析、模型建构为学校评价结果解释的基本思路,从而挖掘并揭示出学校评价结果在实践中的意义,使评价在促进学校改进中真正发挥作用。According to the progressive levels, the methods interpreting school evaluation results include the basic method represented by the descriptive statistics method, the major method featured by the qualitative analysis method and the complex method characterized by the professional model method. Each of the three methods has its own emphasis. The descriptive statistics method is concise and clear; the qualitative analysis method is popular and easy to understand; and the professional model method is rigorous and scientific. Evaluation information of school, because of its quality and quantity, should combine the three methods to find out the relationship between data and to grasp the information behind the data. All in all, the theoretical construction, the quantitative statistics, the qualitative analysis, and the model construction can be considered to be the basic approaches to the interpretation of school evaluation results. Only in this way can we excavate and reveal the practical significance of school evaluation results and achieve the aim of improving schools through evaluation.
