广东省城镇老年人口自测健康评定量表常模的制定

摘　　要：目的建立广东省城镇老年人口自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)常模。方法采用区域分层随机抽样的方法,选取广东省广州、汕头、茂名、韶关、深圳5个城市的老年人口共2 000名,采用SRHMS V1.0对其进行问卷调查。对收回的数据进行统计分析并建立相应的均数常模、百分位常模和划界常模。结果以性别为基础,并以70岁、80岁为划界点将研究对象分成3个年龄组建立均数常模,男性60~岁组、70~岁组、80~组的量表总得分结果分别为(72.93±11.93)、(67.48±14.53)、(62.81±14.05)分;女性60~岁组、70~岁组、80~组的量表总得分结果分别为(70.40±12.75)、(64.67±14.28)、(58.69±14.84)分;以5%为间距,建立了SRHMS V1.0量表总得分的百分位常模;分别以(±s)、(±0.5s)为界点,将广东省城镇老年人口的健康状态按照量表总分从低至高依次划分为健康很差、健康较差、健康一般、健康较好、健康很好5种状态。结论本研究制定的广东省城镇老年人口SRHMS V1.0常模可为老年人健康状况以及影响因素的研究提供参考依据。Objective To establish the norm of Self-rated Health Measurement Scale（ SRHMS V1. 0） for urban elderly population in Guangdong province. Methods A total of 2,000 elderly people in Guangdong province（ including Guangzhou,Shantou,Maoming,Shaoguan and Shenzhen） were selected by using regional stratified random sampling method. Statistical analysis of the collected data is conducted to establish the corresponding norm,percentile norm and delimitation norm. Results On the basis of gender,according to the cut-off point of age 70 and 80,the study subjects were divided into three age groups to establish the average norm. The total scores of male 60-70 years group,70-80 years group and over 80 years group were 72. 93 ± 11. 93,67. 48 ± 14. 53 and 62. 81 ± 14. 05,respectively. The total scores of female 60-70 years group,70-80 years group and over 80 years group were 70. 40 ± 12. 75,64. 67 ± 14. 28 and 58. 69 ± 14. 84,respectively. The percentile norm of the SRHMS V1. 0 total scale and the physiological,psychological and social scales were established with 5% intervals. With（ ± s） and（ ± 0. 5 s） as cut-off point,according to the total score and from low to high,the Guangdong province urban elderly people health status were divided into 5 states,severe poor health,poor health,general health,good health,fairly good health. Conclusion This study establishes the norms of SRHMS V1. 0 for elderly people in Guangdong province preliminarily,which can provide reference for further research of the population＇s health status and its impacting factors.
