摘 要:为了满足现代工业生产需求,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的温湿度监测系统。该系统以MSP430为开发平台,设计了传感器数据采集电路、数据处理传输电路、单片机最小系统电路以及上位机监测平台。基于ZigBee协议的传感器网络负责采集温度、湿度数据,以MSP430微处理器为核心的网关负责数据的接收处理与转发,上位机监测平台则用于实时监测采集到的温度、湿度数据。本系统解决了传统温湿度测量时存在布线困难、不易维护的缺点,适用于工业化生产等复杂环境对温湿度的测量。In order to meet the production demand of modern industry,a temperature and humidity monitoring system based on wireless sensor network was designed.The system used MSP430 as the development platform,the sensor data acquisition circuit,the data processing transmission circuit,the minimum system circuit of the MCU and the upper computer monitoring platform were designed.Sensor network based on ZigBee protocol was responsible for the temperature and humidity data collection,with MSP430 microprocessor as the core of the gateway which was responsible for receiving and forwarding data,PC monitoring platform was used for real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity data collected.This system solves the problem of the traditional temperature and humidity measurement,which is difficult to maintain and is not easy to maintain. It is suitable for the measurement of temperature and humidity in complex environment such as industrial production.
