摘　　要：目的调查护理实习生人文关怀品质的现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取2016年7—12月在我院实习护生400名作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、人文关怀品质量表、人文关怀感知量表对其进行调查。结果护理实习生人文关怀品质总分(127.69±16.76)分,得分率88.06%。多元线性回归显示,学校的人文氛围、选择护理专业的原因、对医院人文关怀感知水平是护理实习生人文关怀品质的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论实习护生的人文关怀品质得分高于文献报道,受学校的人文氛围、选择护理专业的原因及对医院人文关怀感知水平等影响。培养实习生的人文关怀品质需从学校人文氛围营造开始,重点关注实习护生选择护理专业的原因,实习医院及临床带教老师致力营造医院关怀氛围,以提高实习护生关怀感知水平。Objective To explore the current situation of humanistic care quality of the nursing interns and its influence factors.Methods With convenient sampling, 400 nursing interns in our college from July to December 2016 were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire, the Scale of Humanistic Care Quality of Nurses and the Nursing Students ＇ Perception of Humanistic Care Scale. Results The total score of humanistic caring quality was 127.69 ±16.76, with a scoring rate of 88.06%. Multiple linear regression showed that humanistic atmosphere around the students, the reasons for choosing nursing as the profession, and the level of nursing students＇ perception of hospital humanistic caring atmosphere were the independent predictive factors of the humanistic care quality of the nursing interns（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The score of humanistic care quality of the nursing interns is relatively high and it is influenced by humanistic atmosphere around the students, the reasons for choosing nursing as the profession, and the level of nursing students＇ perception of hospital humanistic caring atmosphere. Great attention should be paid to the reasons for choosing nursing the profession and the promotion of humanistic atmosphere of the hospital so as to enhance humanistic care quality of the nursing interns.
