摘 要:[目的]调查护士人际冲突处理形态与工作压力现状,并探讨两者相关性。[方法]应用护士一般资料调查表、人际冲突处理形态量表、护士工作压力源量表对411名三级甲等医院的护士进行调查。[结果]护士最常用的冲突处理形态是整合,最不常用的是支配;护士工作压力总分为(111.56±18.86)分,总均分为(3.19±0.54)分,工作压力处于中等偏上水平;相关分析显示:冲突处理形态的整合维度与工作压力呈负相关(r=-0.166,P<0.01),支配、逃避维度与工作压力呈正相关(r=0.178,P<0.01,r=0.258,P<0.01);工作年限、所在科室与冲突处理形态的整合、逃避、支配维度是护士工作压力的重要影响因素。[结论]护理管理者应注重培养护士处理冲突的能力,使护士能采取合理的方式处理冲突,降低工作压力,提升护理质量和病人满意度。Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurse's interpersonal conflict management style and work stress,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:Totally 411 nurses from third-grade class-A hospital were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Styles of Handling Interpersonal Conflict Inventory,Nurses' Work Stress Scale.Results:The most commonly conflict management style was integrating,the least common was dominating.The total score of work stress was(111.56±18.86),the total mean score was(3.19±0.54),the level of work stress was moderate to high.The correlation analysis showed that integration dimension of interpersonal conflict management style was negatively related to work stress(r=-0.166,P〈0.01),domination and avoidance were positively related to work stress(r=0.178,P〈0.01,r=0.258,P〈0.01).Years of working,department,integration,domination and avoidance of interpersonal conflict management style were the important influencing factors of work stress.Conclusion:Nursing managers should pay attention to straining nurses' ability of handling interpersonal conflict,make nurse handle the conflict in a reasonable manner,so as to reduce work stress,and to improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
