摘  要:[目的]探讨护理本科生在参与"互联网+"创新创业活动后对"互联网+护理"创新创业实践活动的认识和感受。[方法]采用半结构式访谈法访谈参加2016年度"创青春"全国大学生创业大赛的中国医科大学护理学专业10名大学生,采用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料。[结果]护理本科生对于互联网+医疗护理的认识可归纳为4个主题:对"互联网+护理"的认识局限;对参加创新创业比赛活动过程的体会;缺少具有新意的互联网+创业设计思路;医学院校中缺乏对互联网+医疗护理信息的广泛深入渗透。护理本科生对于参与创新创业活动的认识可归纳为6个主题:互联网+医疗/护理的创新创业前景广阔;对依托于创新创业项目而开展真实自主创业的人生规划兴趣不高;互联网相关能力缺乏制约了护理专业学生的创业发展;对于创业项目的可持续性研究构想不足;创新创业活动有利于培养团队合作精神;学校缺乏创新创业培养和激励机制。[结论]医学院校可通过及时提供互联网+的前沿资讯和加强学生创新思维的培养来激发护理本科生的创新创业热情和潜力,通过政策扶持、激励自主创业、鼓励团队合作等方式拓展护理专业学生的创业空间。Objective:To explore the understanding and feelings of nursing undergraduates on "Internet+nursing" innovation and entrepreneurship after participating in the "Internet+" innovation and entrepreneurship activities.Methods:Semi-structured interview was used to interview 10 nursing college students of China Medical University,who participated in the 2016 "creative youth" national college entrepreneurship competition.Results:Nursing undergraduates' understanding of "Internet+medical care" could be summarized into four topics,such as limitation on the understanding of "Internet+" nursing,experience of participating in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship competition,lack of innovative ideas of "Internet+" entrepreneurship design,lack of extensive penetration of "Internet+ medical care" information in medical colleges.Nursing undergraduates' understanding of participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship activities could be summarized into six themes, "Internet+medical/nursing" innovation and entrepreneurship prospects were broad.It was not very interested to carry out the real and independent life planning based on the innovation and entrepreneurship project.Lack of relevant abilities such as Internet,computer technology and operation management restricted the entrepreneurship development of nursing students;Lack of ideas on sustainability of entrepreneurial projects;Innovation and entrepreneurship activities were conductive to the cultivation of team spirit;School lacked mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship training and motivation.Conclusion:Medical colleges could stimulate the innovation,entrepreneurial enthusiasm and potential of nursing undergraduates by providing the cutting-edge information of "Internet+" and strengthening the cultivation of students' innovative thinking,and expand the entrepreneurial space of nursing students through policy support,encouraging self-employment and encouraging teamwork.
