影响非颅底位置深在脑膜瘤手术切除程度的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响非颅底位置深在脑膜瘤手术切除程度的影响因素,以期为临床评估提供参考。方法选择河南科技大学第一附属医院神经外科收治的非颅底位置深在脑膜瘤并进行手术治疗80例患者临床资料为研究对象,分析其一般资料及术前影像学资料、术中肿瘤观察结果等资料进行单因素分析,并对上述有统计学意义的因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果影响非颅底位置深在脑膜瘤手术切除程度的相关因素包括肿瘤侵袭、周围血管神经围绕及瘤周水肿三个独立危险因素。结论对于非颅底位置深在脑膜瘤,肿瘤侵袭性、瘤周水肿和神经血管包绕均是影响手术切除程度的独立危险因素,临床应术前仔细审阅患者影响学资料,术中谨慎处理。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the degree of resection of non skull basedeep-seated meningiomas,and provide references for clinical evaluation.Methods 80 patients with non skull base deep-seated meningiomas treated in the department of neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology,were selected as the subjects.The general data and preoperative imaging data of the patients were analyzed by univariate analysis.Factors with statistical significance were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis.Results The factors influencing the degree of resection of non skull base deep-seated meningiomas included tumor invasion,peripheral vascular nerve around and peritumoral edema. Conclusion For non skull base deep-seated meningiomas,tumor invasion,peritumoral edema and neurovascular wrapping are independent risk factors influencing the degree of resection.
