摘 要:为探究高盐浓度对水稻产量及食味品质的影响,配置不同浓度土壤含盐量(0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%、0.35%、0.40%),采用单因素随机区组试验,研究高盐浓度对水稻产量和食味品质的影响。根据试验结果 ,盐分浓度升高引起水稻产量降低,0.30%盐分浓度稻米品质最好,0.40%盐分浓度对试验材料造成严重盐胁迫。盐分浓度与试验品种产量性状呈极显著负相关,与稻米完整性成显著负相关。To explore the high salt concentration on the yield of rice and eating quality, configurates different concentrations of soil salt content(0.15%, 0.20%, 0.25%, 0.30%, 0.15%, 0.40%), adopt single factor randomized block experiment, study the high salt concentration effects on rice yield and rice quality. According to the results of test, with salt concentration increasing, the rice yield decreases, salt concentration at 0.30% could improve rice quality, 0.40% salt concentration at 0.40% caused severe salt stress on test materials. Salt concentrations were very significant negative correlation with the test varieties yield characters, as a significant negative correlation with rice integrity.
