摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对于培养临床高层次医师,提高医疗质量极为重要。目前,住院医师规范化培训制度越来越完善,但仍有一些问题需要解决。该研究通过调查发现,不同科室、不同专业有关临床实践能力的培养差异较大,且不同专业住院医生对规范化培训的现状评价不同。因此,应健全住院医生规范化培训体系的监督机制,明确人才培养的重点目标并加强培训目标的宣教,同时还应引入模拟人等现代化教学手段,建立更加合理、实用的规范化培训体系。Standardized training for resident physicians is a vital part of post-graduation education,aimed to cultivate high-level clinical physicians and improve the quality of medical care. This study indicates huge disparities in the clinical training of practical ability among different departments and residents＇ varied attitudes toward the current situation of standard training for resident physicians.Therefore,in order to establish a more reasonable,practical and standardized training system,methods should be taken to perfect the supervision mechanism,clarify and strength the cultivation objectives and introduce modern means of teaching.
