摘 要:为解决喷气织机织物折入边电子剪刀制造、维修成本高和可靠性不佳的缺陷,分析折入边电子右剪刀研发背景、结构及原理,利用具有停歇时间的凸轮机构和双摇杆机构原理设计出新型机械式折入边右剪刀机构,并进行理论计算分析和仿真运动验证。指出:新型机械式织物折入边右剪刀机构结构简单可靠、调节方便、适应性性强,能提高剪刀可靠性,降低制造维护成本,利于老机改造和升级。In order to solve the defects such as high costs in manufacturing and maintenance,and poor reliability of the electric scissor for the folded edge of fabric from air-jet loom,analysis is done to the development background,structure and principle of the electric right scissor for the folded edge of fabric from air-jet loom.A new mechanical right scissors mechanism for the folded edge of fabric is designed by using cam mechanism with discontinuous operation and double rocker mechanism,and the theoretical calculation and simulation motion verification are carried out.It is pointed out that the new mechanical right scissors mechanism is simple and reliable in structure,and easy to adjust,and adaptable.It improves product reliability and reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs.It is helpful in old machine upgrading.
