摘 要:目的:调查河南省某大学医学本科生对学习医患沟通的认知,为有针对性的教学提供依据。方法:应用医学生沟通技能态度量表CSAS(communication skills attitude scale),采用分层抽样的方法以问卷形式调查河南省某大学大一、大二、大三、大四的医学本科生共754名,采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果:学生积极态度得分为(50.54±4.97)消极态度得分为(32.66±4.56),不同年级间学生在积极态度分量表得分存在差异(P<0.01),不同性别学生在消极态度分量表得分存在差异(P<0.01)。结论:医学生对医患沟通技能的学习总体持积极态度,学校应加大对医学生医患沟通能力的培养,管理者及教师需采用不同的教学方法提高学生医患沟通的认识和技巧。Objective:To investigate the cognition of medical students' communication between doctors and patients.Methods:CSAS(communication skills attitude scale)and attitude of medical students was used to investigate 754 medical undergraduates in a university in Henan province by stratified sampling method.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0.Results:The positive attitude of the students was(50.54±4.97)and the negative attitude score was(32.66±4.56).There were differences in the scores of positive attitude subscale between different grades(P〈0.01).There were significant differences in the scores of students of different genders in negative attitude scale(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Medical students generally have a positive attitude towards the study of doctor-patient communication skills.Schools should increase the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability of medical students.Managers and teachers should adopt different teaching methods to improve students' understanding and skills of doctor-patient communication.
