摘 要:目的:探讨护理教学小组辅助下医院护理教学管理模式效果。方法:某院自2016年1月开始采用护理教学小组辅助下医院护理教学管理模式,设置分层教学小组、技能训练小组以及实习教学管理、课堂教学小组3个小组,对院内40名护理专业学生和护理人员进行教学,观察自实施以来至2016年12月的培训情况,并与2015年同期教学情况进行比较。结果:2016年采用护理教学小组辅助下医院护理教学管理模式后,相较于2015年同期,护理人员以及学生学分一次合格率更高、教学均分更高、学生满意科室更多、三基理论、技能考试一次合格率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理教学小组可在医院护理教学中起到重要的辅助作用,提高全院护理人员以及学生水平,树立良好的医院形象。Objective:To probe into the effect of nursing teaching management mode under the assistance of nursing teaching group.Methods:Since January 2016,a hospital had adopted the nursing teaching management model assisted by nursing teaching group,with three groups:stratified teaching group,skill training group and practice teaching management,classroom teaching group.The teaching of 40 nursing students and nursing staff in the hospital was carried out.The training situation from implementation until December 2016 was observed and compared with that of the same period in 2015.Results:After adopting nursing teaching management model assisted by nursing teaching group in hospital in 2016,compared with the same period in2015,the pass rate at one time of nursing staff and students was higher,the average score of teaching was higher,the students satisfied with more departments,the passing rate at one time of three basic theory and skill examination was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:The nursing teaching group can play an important auxiliary role in hospital nursing teaching,which can improve the level of nursing staff and students,and establish a good hospital image.
