摘 要:滚切式剪切机是目前宽厚板剪切中的先进剪机机型,具有剪切质量好、效率高和传动功率低等优点,因此对滚切式剪切机的运动学分析具有一定的工程实践价值。本文以滚切式定尺剪为研究对象,通过分析剪机上剪刃驱动机构的连杆机构原理图,得到相应点的坐标方程。采用ADAMS建立了滚切式剪机上剪刃的运动学仿真模型,对上剪刃的运动学参数进行了模拟,分析了曲柄初始相位角、曲柄长度、连杆长度以及侧连杆长度对剪刃重叠量的影响。结果表明:滚切剪运动比较平稳,冲击较小,初始相位角和曲柄的长度对重叠量的影响较大。The rolling shears is the most advanced machine in the area of cutting heavy plate. which can reach better efficiency and quality of shearing and lower transmission efficiency. Therefore, the kinematic research of the rolling shears has practical significance. In this paper, the schematic diagram of top knife’s driving mechanism was studied, the coordinate equations of points on top knife were established. Based on ADAMS, the simulation model of the rolling shear was set up, the movement of the rolling shear was simulated. The influence on blade overlap by the initial phase angle of the crank, the length of crank, the length of connecting rods and the length of guide rods were analyzed. The results show that the rolling shear movement was relatively smooth and the impact was small. The initial phase angle and the length of the crank have a great influence on the blade overlap.
