摘 要:情域能力是与认知能力、实践技能相并行的核心能力,旨在引导医学生形成稳定的职业态度和积极的职业情感,具备从事医疗实践的情感能力。情知并重是医学教育发展的必然趋势,当前医学生情域能力培养存在薄弱环节,影响其职业可持续发展。文章阐述情域能力内涵及重要性,剖析当前医学生情域能力培养现状,探寻医学情感教育途径,建立"一个中心、分层次、多维度"的情域能力培育模式,以胜任力为中心,医学生情域能力培养贯穿整个培养阶段,结合情域能力培养的关键点制定阶段培养方案,开展内容、形式多维度的情感教育,实现医学生情域能力与认知实践技能相并行螺旋提升,为开展系统性医学生情域能力培养提供理论支持和行之有效的途径。Affective competence is as important as the cognitive competence and skill competence, which guide medical students to form stable professional attitude and positive emotion, making medical students have emotional capacity engaged in the medical practice. Nowadays, capacity-building in affective domain of medical students relatively weak, and affect their professional sustainable development. The article expounds the connotation and meaning of affective competence, and analyze the current status of capacity-building in affective domain of medical students. Establishing a cultivation mode for affective competence: Centering on competency and capacity-building in affective domain throughout the entire stage; Formulating stage training scheme for different stage students; Carrying out multi-dimensional affective education in contents and forms. The study provides theoretical support and effective way for systemic capacity-building in affective domain of medical students.
