摘　　要：目的探究与分析Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳房良性肿瘤近期疗效。方法选取我院自2014年6月-2017年6月收治的90例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予传统手术治疗,观察组给予Mammotome微创旋切术治疗,对比两组患者伤口瘢痕美观程度、手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、切口长度、术后瘢痕大小。结果观察组伤口瘢痕美观程度为优的患者所占比例明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比手术时间缩短,术中出血量减少,愈合时间缩短,切口长度减小、术后瘢痕大小减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳房良性肿瘤相比于传统手术具有对周围组织损伤少,出血量少,手术时间短,乳房变形率低,伤口较为美观的优势。Objective To explore and analyze the recent effects of mammography on the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods 90 cases with breast benign tumor treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected,all taking table method to divide into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group.the control group was given conventional surgical treatment, and the observation group was given Mammotome minimally invasive Rotary cutting treatment.The beutiful level on the scar wound, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, healing time, incision length, postoperative scar size of two groups were compared. Results The observation group of patients with wound scar beautiful degree for optimal proportion was significantly higher than the control group, the proportion of statistically significant difference（P ﹤ 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group and the control group had shorter operation time, less bleeding in the operation, shorter healing time, reduced incision length, reduced scar size, and statistically significant difference（P ﹤ 0.05）. Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive XuanQieShu treatment breast benign tumor compared to traditional surgery with less damage to the surrounding tissues, less blood loss, shorter operation time, breast deformation rate is low, the wound is beautiful, promote improving the expression of nerve growth factor receptor level.
