摘 要:利用AR-G2流变仪对阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(ctyltrimethyl ammonium chloride,CTAC)和水杨酸钠(sodiym salicyla,NaSal)的混合蒸馏水溶液(CTAC溶液)-进行流变实验测量。研究发现,CTAC溶液剪切黏度值随剪切率的变化过程大致分为剪切稀化、剪切增稠和二次剪切稀化三个阶段。温度和浓度对表面活性剂溶液流变特性的影响较大,低温条件下溶液的剪切稀化和剪切增稠特征更加明显。Carreau-Bird剪切稀化模型和Giesekus黏弹性模型都能较好地处理CTAC溶液中形成剪切诱导结构之后的流变特性曲线。Giesekus模型拟合参数松弛时间因子λ受温度和浓度的影响比较复杂;拟合参数零剪切黏度η0随溶液浓度的升高而增大,随温度的升高而减小。The rheological properties of aqueous solution of cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride/soudium salicylate(CTAC/NaSal)have been measured as a function of concentration,shear rate and temperature by using AR-G2 rheometer.The results show that the change of viscosity of CTAC solution can be divided into three stages of shear-thinning,shear-thickening and secondary shearthinning.The temperature and concentration have a greater influence on the rheological properties of CTAC solution.The CTAC solution shows more obvious shear-thinning and shear-thickening phenomenon at low temperatures.The viscous shear-thinning Carreau-Bird model and Giesekus viscoelastic model fit well to the rheology curve of surfactant solutions after the Shear-Induced Structures(SIS).The variation of the fitting parameter time constantλis complicated by the influence of temperature and concentration.Zero-shear viscosity increases with increasing the concentration of CTAC,but it decreases with the increase of temperature.
