腹腔镜改良大子宫全切术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜改良大子宫全切术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床效果以及应用价值。方法选取我院2014年3月至2017年3月收治的巨大子宫肌瘤患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用腹腔镜改良大子宫全切术,对照组采用开腹全子宫切除术。观察与比较两组患者的围手术期情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及术后病率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜改良大子宫全切术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤临床疗效显著,手术创伤小,患者恢复快,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of laparoscopic modified large hysterectomy in the treatment of giant uterine fibroids. Methods 80 cases of patients with giant uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received laparoscopic modified large hysterectomy, while the control group received open abdominal hysterectomy. The perioperative situation and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time, out-of-bed activity time, hospitalization time and postoperative morbidity of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic modified large hysterectomy in the treatment of giant uterine fibroids has significant clinical curative effect, with small trauma, quick recovery, and higher safety, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
